    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
Once you install the DM, a driver will load which allows your BB to charge.

Also, you probably will want the latest DM that says 'SP2' after it. That one has a very good media mgr with it. LONG download.

that would be 4.2.2 but it's not the latest and some users report it doesn't work with their newer model BB's. 4.3 also has the roxio media bundled

    Re: usb error

do you know if your computer have usb2 or usb 1 ?

If an older computer 3+ years. You can expect to have USB1.

If a brand new you should have USB2

Could this be related to your computer running on battery power and only using 66% of total output power (which is usuall for laptops running on battery). Plugg inn the power adapter, change your power settings at your laptop to "Always on" , remember to place it back to laptop afterwards.. or you'll laptop will run with full fans all the time.

Guessing this is a computer related problem.

Phone should be getting power from the USB port, and computer can't give it enough power. Seems logical its related to USB 1 / 2.
