    Upgrading the OS

I have been going to this page http://www.t-mobile.com/bbupgrade/

to upgrade my blackberry so it will be ready for my new 2gb microsd card.

However it keeps telling me I can't download because it's too busy.

Are there other ways/avenues to download the upgrade I need to use the 2gb card?

    Re: Upgrading the OS

I actually just got off the phone with t-mobile and they said they know of the problem and are trying to fix it. They told me to try again after 5:00 pm, or call them again after 72 hours if the problem continues.

Technically there is an upgrade, but good luck getting it from t-mobile’s website.

    According to t-mobile’s website...
“If your device software version is not 4.2.0.64, then please download the most recent software version and upgrade instructions.”

do you want to upgrade for a specific issue or just to do an upgrade...imo the upside with the .64 is the ability to use a 2gb memory card. Im not sure but .67 from Telefonica should also have this feature.

    Re: Upgrading the OS

I just got off the phone with Tmo tech support and they said they know of the issue and like they said above, just try back at non peak times like around dinner time, etc. then "maybe" there will be less people trying to dl. He also confirmed that the new update does support the 2gig micro sd card. I'm glad since I JUST went out and bought one!
