upgraded to 4.5 for my carrier

Did the OS upgrade to 4.5 yesterday for my carrier, but it only brings the app to .66 and not the .77 (this is not a beta)

I did a hard reset a few mins ago and see I am at almost 19.4mb free memory , but earlier this morning it was down to around 13mb.

What exactly free's up that 6mb's with just a hard reset, or is this a memory leak that happens that just allows it go down to 13 from yesterday and now back up to 19.4 after a hard reset?

Running applications, reading emails and doing other stuff uses that memory as files are created but not deleted or removed until a hard reset or something else clears them. It is similar to a PC when you reboot it, everything runs faster until you start using stuff.
