Updated OS - MyFave's Not Synced Now

Updated (actually downgraded) my OS from Rogers .94 to Cingular .73. Now MyFave's is empty on the phone. All 5 circles say "Select to Add MyFaves". When I log onto MyTMobile online, all MyFaves are in there. I tried resending service books (bc didn't know if that would help) and tried a battery pull (the general self help). Nothing has helped.

What else can I try? Thanks!

re-register on the network...Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table, Hit Menu and register now.

Try that and see if it helps

What you do is call t-mobile customer care phone number. But do not call from your cell phone because they need you to reboot your phone and maybe other things.

But the number you call for t-mobile service is 1-800-TMOBILE (1-800-866-2453)

Tell them that all of the sudden your My Favs list disappeared. They will resend the information that you will need and it should help. They are really good about helping with these things. But try to not mention about you upgrading the OS system.

You also could try changing one of your myfaves on the tmobile webpage. If you just change the name, it shouldn't count against your 1 change a month per myfave contact limit. This might refresh the list on your phone.

That was going to be my next thing to try if T-Mobile refreshing them didn't do it. Thanks for the suggestion!
