I just up graded my phone and my enterprise email doen't work now. Is this normal when you upgrade the software? How do I get it working again too.
As I understand it you will need to do an Enterprise Activation after an OS reload.

Rcb is correct. After an OS upgrade you need to add all your emails again. If it is BIS then resend your service books, if it is BES then you need to do another enterprise activation.

Likely, the quickest and easiest method would be plugging your BlackBerry into the USB on your computer at work. When the Desktop Manager launches, it will inform you that a different device is available and ask you if you want to switch your BES to the new device.
As long as your inbox is not chock-a-block with many MB of email, then it shouldn't take too long.
