    Re: unlocked pearl

Im not clear on if you said your pearl is unlocked? If so you might just want to get the AT&T device software loaded on it so you can use the services. Im not totally familiar if when unlocking a BB device if you can actually reload the whole device with the new carriers software to still be able to use it. I dont know when unlocking is a hardware for a bb or just software. Im waiting on my unlock code now for my pearl. Ive already got three other unlock codes for my older phones i used with AT&T. Just waiting for my pearl now.

Here is the email i got from AT&T about having approval for unlock code. ALL FREE!! One thing i did not understand is why they sent the instructions for other BB devices when only i needed it for the 8100. Unless the code will work with them as well. humm...

Yup thats all you got to say. But also for me i told them to look back on my account when i was over seas and they saw the charges on my phone that were outragous on the roaming so i told them that i was planning to go over seas again next year and wanted to use there local carrier. Thats all i did.
