This is really a question for the developers of the program, and you can contact them via the following page:

However, as a developer of BlackBerry software, my first question would be: How many e-mail messages do you have stored in your inbox? Storing a lot of e-mail wastes a lot of space, and deleting some of the older ones may free up enough space for the other programs to use.

Re: uncaught exception when using Ascendo Fitness

thanks for the reply andrey! I did contact them... well sent them an email describing my issue and they have not replied. I sent them the email just before I posted here... that was 3 days ago. I don't have any emails stored in my in box and I even went in and purged the deleted items.

I have reinstalled the program 3 different times... each time from a different dl using different computers. The first time I dl on my mac and transfered the files to my PC to install using my DM. then I deleted it and installed it through the DM after downloading on that same PC. Wondering if it is something to do with my DM I then deleted all the files and installed the program OTA. All to no luck. the program works great for a few hours.. then out of nowhere it gives me the error message.

So now I am begging again. Does anyone know what i can do so I can fix this?
I really like the program and would love to dl the full version but not if I cannot get rid of this dang error message.

Just delete it and reinstall it. Maybe some went corrupt?

Re: uncaught exception when using Ascendo Fitness

    thanks reddog
I deleted and reinstalled it 2 times and it still did this...

But anyway I finally got a response from Ascendo and here is what they said.....

"Such a problem may occur due to a corrupt database on the device. You
    will
have to clear the RMS and AFitness databases and then reinstall the
    application.

You can clear the Ascendo fitness databases using BB desktop manager.
    In BB
desktop manager, click on the [Backup & Restore] button and click on
[Backup] to backup all application databases to your PC. Now, click on
[Advanced] and a list of all BB databases appears Then scroll down the
    list
to RMS and click on [Clear]. You may have an additional file in this
    list
called AFitness. Please scroll to AFitness and clear it as well. This
    should
eliminate any corrupted Ascendo Fitness' data.

I am attaching a newer version of Ascendo Fitness along with this email
    for
    your reference.

    Regards,
    Support
    Ascendo Inc. http://www.ascendo-inc.com"

When I had deleted it I did not delete the RMS database. I did not know I had to but anyway I have done that now reinstalled again and will attempt to use it and see if this has helped.

I will post back in a few days and update you all.
