    Trackball LED + AIM Issues

    Hello All,

My coworker has just received a BB Pearl (I have one as well), and we were comparing our phones when I noticed that my trackball was MUCH dimmer than my coworker's phone. I do not have any 3rd Party applications installed on my Pearl to dim change the color or any other properties of my trackball. How can I change this? Do you think one of the LED's are broken?

Also, any word on AIM on the BB Pearl for ATT?

    Thanks,

    M.

    Welcome to the Stacks malikastor.

I'm not sure, but you track ball just could be dirty. If the LED for the trackball was broken it would light up at all then.

As for AIM on the pearl for free, you can use Ramble, but it's not very reliable. If you would like to pay for an app then JiveTalk is the way to go.
