Yep, just give permission and select do not ask again. Glad you are up and running.

Dont see a huge difference, except my menu icons are not in the preferred list order I'm used to. No multi tap issues here. Oh, how can I unlock extra themes? I tried to find that shared folder and couldnt find it in under my program files/RIM/blackberry

And how do I make autolock work again. I use to make it autolock 1 sec after display went off...tia

To anyone with the new .107 OS...
In the preloaded pictures there's a Folder labled "Folders" that show pictures of folders with different icons and color. Anyone know what they're for? Can you change the way your folders look. I asked BB Support at TMO, and they weren't much help.

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~remember that everyone has different experiences with upgrading their software. Any of the software isn't set up to support 3rd party software. Its set up to run the blackberry programming that rim has developed so some programs won't run correctly because they weren't considered when the software was develope. Like I said early was the timing for multi tap is off for me. And that's the only issue ive had.

    Try this....

Pull the battery with the phone on. Wait 60 secs and replace

Go to OPTIONS-HOST ROUTING. Hit Menu and Register now.

Mine took a little while but it finally re-appeared.

    I love the new .107
I upgraded to .103 and it blew chunks! My phone kept getting slower and slower. UPgraded to 107 and have been pleased ever since.

tethering sucks with .107! Switched back to version .64
How did they manage to screw that up?

so does t-mo tethering work or not work with 1.107?? if it does not, then there is no way i'm getting rid of my 0.64

Re: TMO Handheld Software (v 4.2.1.107)

I couldn't get it to work consistently. If it would connect it would only be a matter of minutes before it quit. And then I wouldn't be able to connect again. Sometimes if I did a battery pull, but that is a pain. I'm back to using .64 and have been connected all day without problems.

Re: TMO Handheld Software (v 4.2.1.107)

Well, I "upgraded" to .107 and now my camera does not work and the neither does the suretype. I call t-Mobile tech support and they are sending me another phone. I still think it is the software but I will take the phone. My error on the camera is: "Could not start camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again."
Aslo the software I had recognized my 4 gig card...this software only recognizes 2 gig.
Just htought I would chime in...

you know you can reload the software and that would probably fix the issue.
