audrey - mass storage mode allows you to treat your BB as if it was a mini hard-drive. IMO, it makes it easier to add files by using the drag/drop method or even cut/paste with windows explorer.

as for video. i have ONLY tried the way listed in this thread. you download the video from youtube to your pc, convert it using the software listed and then transfer to your sd card on your pearl and walah! you have saved video. as for streaming, at last try it was not possible. i have read a thread or two on here about a site you can visit with your pearl that plays video specific for mobile devices. but i personally haven't tried it.

hope that helps. believe me, you are sure to have many more questions!

If you are trying to use SuperC then follow the instructions in the first post on the first page in this thread there is step by step instructions.

You have to encode the videos correctly on your PC then put them onto your BB.

    Good Luck.

    Hi,

I'm a hardcore Macintosh user. At any rate here is what I do.
Fire up any video with QuickTime Pro. Goto file, export, select "Movie to MPEG-4". Click options, on video settings select.
    Video Format: MPEG-4 Improved
    Data Rate: 256 kbits/sec
    Image Size: 320X240 QVGA
Check "Preserve aspect ratio using" select "Letterbox"
    Frame Rate 30
    Key Frame every 24 frames

    Switch to the Audio pane.
    Audio Format: AAC-LC
    Data Rate: 128 kbps
    Channels: Stereo
    Output Sample Rate: 44.100 kHz
    Encoding Quality: Better

    Click OK
    Click Save

Now mount your Micro SD card and drag the new .mp4 into the blackberry/movies folder.

    Play

Am I missing something ? I go to this page. Scroll to the bottom where it says Start downloading Super, click that and it loops me back around to the top of the page. Then I click it again another page opens and it loops me around again. All I have open is 3-4 same pages and no download.

I finally found it. Go to the above foreign website and scroll down and click on the English words "SUPERsetup.exe" near the bottom on the right hand side. The download will start. Thanks Google.

Super does work excellent and very simple. I used the MP4 settings someone here posted and not the settings in the very first post here. They seem to work better.

First thing I converted was the Paris Hilton video. Great... Now I can show it to all the guys at work and they can stop bugging me to borrow it.

C'mon dont tell me no one else has converted some kind of porn.
