    Synch. Issue

    Advertisement

    When my device goes through the synch. w/outlook 2003, I receive a "unable to write or update application data" error.

    It only happens when it comes to updating my contacts.

    Any ideas on this ?

    EDIT::

    I figured it out, after pc restart all was good.

    Oops I spoke too soon, some how while updating my contacts via outlook synch. my speed dial # 1 (voice mail) is gone. Could some one be so kind to post the tmo voice mail number, as well as instructions to adding it back to speed dial # 1.

    Once your T-Mobile phone has been activated, you are ready to receive voice mail messages. In order to access and retrieve your messages, you will need to complete a few simple steps.

    Step 1: Press and hold the (1) key on your mobile phone for about one second, or until your phone dials VoiceMail.

    Step 2: Follow the recorded voice prompts.

    +18056377243 is T-mobile's Voice mail number.

    You store it like any other number. Or go to your voice mail settings, and add the number in.

    Here is how to reset the speed dial.

    Hold down the key of an unassigned speed dial (2 in my case) and assign a number to it.

    It will open the speed dial screen where you can go up to number 1 and re-assign it, then remove the number 2 speed dial.

    Cheers!

    Re: Synch. Issue

    No problem. Reading this thread I realized when I upgraded to Rogers OS 94 I had lost my voice mail speed dial.
