    Sync Problem

    When I try to sync to Outlook, I open Desktop Manager, go to Syncronize, configure, and configure synchronize. When I do, I get an error message. The heading says "intellisync" and the messages says "internal error (see logs)". Any idea what I am doing wrong. I tried the search for an answer.

    well I dont know much about synching but try using the help menu in DM, it has info on synching as well as troubleshooting, maybe it will help if not let us know

    ephailey, have you clicked View Log buttion on the configure Synchronize screen? What does the Log indicat the problem was?
