-I have a 3rd party app that I am part of the public beta. After their upgrade it is not syncing properly. They are aware of this and told me to: Using desktop manager, backup your blackberry, then using the advanced button in the backup / restore, clear out your calendar on the blackberry. Sync your calender from your desktop solution to the blackberry to restore the calendar data.
-I understand the backup but I am confused about clearing out my calendar and syncing. I don't use my computer calendar. Should I be? If someone could walk me through this. Thank you.
