The port to connect my usb on the side of my pearl is broken. I left it charging over nite n I mustve rolled over on my phone n it broke the port. Now if I attempt to plug in a usb cord to my phone it shuts off my phone completely n I'm unable to restart it until I do a battery pull. So I have no other choice but to try the Bluetooth method. Wut sux is, like I mentioned b4, I have about 30 3rd party apps on my phone (sum free n hard to find, n sum I paid for) n I want to bring them with me when I get my new phone.

Also, does anyone know wuts the biggest SD card you can get for the 8900? Is it an 8GB?

I think there's a way to extract 3rd party apps manually from your device to the sd card... Ull have to research that...

Sucks on the usb part of ur story...

Biggest card I believe is 32bg for 4.6 and 4.7 devices...

    True.

About the app try bbfilescout to put them all in a folder and email the folder yourself, not sure but might work......or try transfering them via bt to other phone just to see if works...
The paid ones try emailing the vendor and tell them your swicthcing devices an need to have your apps moved to the new one, remember that the activation codes for them works with the specific pin you've provided at the purchase process, so even if you put them in the new device they probably won't work

    Hope that helps

Well you have to first turn your laptop's bluetooth on and sync your device with your laptop before you open DM and then tell the dm to use the pin available on bluetooth...
