    switched old 8100 to a new 8100, not receiving email...

    Had to replace pearl because speaker died. Used switch device from desktop software. I am not receiving email on any one of my 3 adderss'. I sent the service books from all three, still no luck. Any suggestions?

    Is the new 8100 is the PIN and IMEI number not locked? Where did you get your new 8100? Also try manually adding your e-mail addresses.

    Also go to options/advance/service books, what does it say?

    If you go to options/network, is data turned on? and lastly do you have a data plan set up on your t-mobile plan?

    Log into your bis account and switch which pin you want to receive mail on...

    T-mo replacement phone with full data. Yahoo, Gmail, and blackberry email, no bes

    Yeah, you just have to switch the pin, log into TMO, and go to edit your BB mail...

    When you log into the TMOBILE website, it should notice that you have your sim in a device with a different pin, and it will ask if you want to switch to the PIN you currently have.

    Choose yes.

    In a rare instance you may need to:

    A: Resend service books from the TMOBILE website

    B: Go to Options-Advanced-Host Routing table and reregister on the network.

    Then all of a sudden all your emails should start flooding in.

    wow, changed my pin from t-mo site and got flooded with
    four days worth of emails....
