I use "Tube 2 New York City". I paid $10.00 and it's been well worth it. Here's the blurb from Handango: Transform your Blackberry into an interactive map of the New York City MTA subway. Calculates the quickest routes & shows a fantastic display of the chosen route.

I use this also.... www.hopstop.com/pda. I mainly use it when I'm home, but I seen that they offered mobile services as well.

It's good for Long Island, NJ, Boston, Chicago, SF & DC

Just got Tube 2 New York City. Pretty good. Better than the software I had before. I wish there was more of a city map though, with street names. It would be great if i could zoom in and out to find out where I was going. What would be even better is if Google would add subways to its mobile maps. So lets say you needed to get to 1st and Smith St. You find it on the map, and then click Subway mode, and you could see which subway stations are near. or something like that.
