Yes I have it running on my PC, with radiobee and MFradio on the BB, MFradio is way better and doesnt skip at all as of yet.

Also volume control is a must so MFradio is alot better to me, just wish you could edit some settings.

so close to getting streaming video - this is very positive if it works. Now if only there was a VideoBee program we would be set! ... i'm going to try to get this to work on my phone later tonight.

This one is tough to pull off but doable. If radio bee doesn't work, try MFradio.

I was having the same issue - after a few hours of frustration, found a fix that worked for me personally. I was using my router IP address with the port - Plugged the comp straight into the cable modem, pulled the cable IP and entered that one in the settings both in the phone and on my computer, put the comp back on the router and it works.

I'm having this problem too. I feel like this is what is preventing from my thing to work. I even went and turned off my windows firewall and it still says timeout.

Re: Stream ANY Audio to your Pearl. ASX files, WMA's, Anything

    J LLaMa's test notes below
it takes about 60 secs after clicking on a new song in winamp
to get the pearl to pick it up

i got confused on where to chnge the port number. that text file is set up
    odd for me.
second line about two thirds the way it says
    "Ports < 1024
; may require root privledges on *nix machines. The default port is 8000.
    PortBase=80"
    change the 80 to 81
thats where i was getting stalled on
    (i kept changing the YPORT80)
password to enter is on second line about a 1/6th of the way from the left

when u use the GUI it should say connected
then go into the winamp settings
like the tutorial above just use the same password you put into the text file and same port #

i seemed to get into a strange area. so i was listening to my station,
and i noticed the GUI said it needed a name. so i went to the yellowpage
thing and made a name. i guess i had to restart the GUI, and couldn't get
to my own station. someone else had found my station and was listening to
it. i changed this real quick by making my station not public in the yellow
page tab. might have been stingey but i'm still learning about this.

btw i downloaded the J River Media Center program and it took over the
port connection i was using for the Shoutcast DNAS server...so i
deleted JR Media Center, rebooted computer and all was well again

ALSO you can use MFRADIO if radiobee isn't your cup of tea.

I can't get either MFRadio, or RadioBee to work. MFRadio plays one of the stations, just not the one I'm broadcasting. RadioBee doesn't do anything except sit there and say its playing, but with no sound coming through. I set up a static address and opened the ports in my firewall and my router and still nothing? Any ideas?

I have all the necessary programs running and set up correctly, however I can not find any of the tabs past the PREFRENCES tab on my winamp. So I cant config winamp. Anybody have any ideas?
