    Single ring for phone calls

Is there a way to set a ring tone for the 8100? I currently have my phone ringer set to one of the "notification" beeps (one that is a single beep). but it repeats. I just want ONE beep.

for the SMS tone, you can set it to 1-3 beeps but not for the phone ringer. is there another way?

    thanks

    J

You can always make your own ringtone and then transfer it to you bb. A single beep?? I could make it for you if youd like.

you cant set it to only one ring, best bet would be to make your own ringtone.

From your phone enter this code
    **61*18056377243**10#
The 10 is the amount of seconds that your phone will ring and you can put in any time increment from 5 seconds to 30seconds the 1805 number is voicemail. That will do the trick the code pretty much tells you that calls will be sent to voicemail after X amount of seconds. If you have any other questions let me know.
