    Question Sim card problem

I just got my new blackberry and I can't get it to copy my address book. I know that all my phone numbers are saved onto my SIM, and the phone says it detect it and then says Data connection refused. Does anyone know how to fix this? I was also wondering why none of my music will come off of my microSD card?

Did you format your card for the blackberry yet?

Do I need to format both cards (SIM and microSD)? And if so do you know how I do that?

No just the sd card. Go to options> advanced options> media card> hit menu and the select format card.

Did copy your numbers over or not?

The data connection refused is because you probably don't have a data plan.

If you can't see anything off your microSD card then you will need to format it.

No numbers were copied over, it still says no addresses.

    Re: Sim card problem

I am 100% sure that the numbers are on the SIM card. It gives me the option to copy numbers and then it thinks about it and then nothing.

I'm not sure what to tell you...

If you have the numbers on your SIM then it should work. There should be a progress bar or something if I remember correctly.

If it's not copying then 1 there isn't any numbers or it's having troubles reading the card.

    Make sure it's seated properly.
