Sorry, I check it, but I haven't seen the shortcut for jumping in the mail list to unopened mails. Does someone knows the shortcut for it?

Matt..I know this is not what you are looking for but you can select "next unopened" while viewing a message...I will look around for other solutions....

While in a message view, select Help from the menu, then Shortcuts. It will list all of the available shortcuts. Only viewing new messages is not avaiable, however there might be others you are interested in.

Alt-U or rather Alt-3 is the shortcut for viewing all received messages any any type, new or opened.

You can check to see if there is one. Messages/menu/search/menu/recall. If there is and it doesn't have a key in parentheses, you can add one by editing the filter.

    Hope this helps.

Did you tru to create one using the path I gave above? It's not hard at all. Basically, you want it to filter for all services, all folders, and to Show unopened only and type = all. Save, add filter name and shortcut key, save again

    Hope this helps.

You can use the method Rcbjr mentioned, it will do what you want it to. It will let you modify the default shortcuts. For instance, if you changed the show field on the Incoming (Alt-U) filter to Unopened, it will do exactly what you want. Or you could keep the existing ones and create a new one too.

Oh BTW, Welcome to the Stacks! Make sure to let us know if there is something we can help with!

*edit* Although I don't normally use the filters, I decided to make one like you were looking for. I used the following settings.

    Title: Unopened
    Shortcut Key: Alt+E

    Name: <blank>
    In: Any Address Field
    Subject: <blank>
    Message: <blank>
    Include Encrypted Messages: Yes
    Service: All Services
    Folder: All Folders
    Show: Unopened Only
    Type: All

Now anytime I press Alt+E in any message window, it opnes my Unopened messages, including missed calls and everything.
