    several questions (MMS -important one)

Hello all, here are the questions:

1- how do you guys take screenshots of your blackberries' screens?

2- i have been reading on threads that when you don't have a data plan, you cannot use MMS, but then they say with the OS upgrade, you should be able to... i did the update, and the little message icon in the camera is now accessible (it used to not let me click on it). But when i take a picture and click that icon, it opens an email not SMS or MMS... and since i cannot send emails, when i click send, it just leave it in pending, and never sends... I read that a lot of people got it to work, so there IS a way to do it... if someone could help me that's be very nice!

3-what is the difference between the 8100 and the 8120 and other 81xx ?

    Thanks a lot!!!!

    2. I do not know that but still, MMS uses data plan.
    3. 8120, Has wifi, video, 2.0MP camera. 8130 has GPS, video, 2.0MP and the 8100 has nothing. But the new 8110 has also GPS and 2.0MP and its GSM. The 8120 and 8130 are CDMA.

It seems like only the 8110 is Quad-Band. The 8130 is Dual-Band.

And this is for the 8100
North America: 850 MHz GSM/GPRS networks
    North America: 1900MHz GSM®/GPRS networks
    Europe/Asia Pacific: 1800MHz GSM/GPRS networks
    Europe/Asia Pacific: 900MHz GSM/GPRS networks
    EDGE networks

Um about the GPS, I do not know since my 8100 doesn't have it. So i wont even make a guess on that one.
The 8100 i think came out at the beginning of the year not sure though. I have mine only 3 months.

you do need the data plan, it streams the maps from the server. at least thats how it works for sprint.
