Setting up email on my new replacement blackberry
I have just received a new blackberry pearl to replace my old one as it was faulty. I had my hotmail email account set up fine on my old one and no problems sending/receiving emails. However, since setting them up the same way on my new blackberry i have not been able to receive/send hotmail messages. I have been on the phone to O2 all day trying to sort this out, we have tried various things such as:
deleting and re-sending service books
going into email setup and entering my new device pin and IMEI number
turning the phone off
deleting the email addresses and re-setting them up
I am now getting very frustrated with a very unhelpful team at O2! No one knows what they are talking about!
If anyone on here has had similar problems and found a solution i would be very grateful for some help.
Also, i cannot access my internet since the deleted all my service books, I used to click on the main menu the 'Go to...' but now do not have this option.

Well you seemed to have tried everything but a Battery Pull.....
But before you do that, delete the pushed Hotmail account (through email set-up on you BB)
Try that, and if you have already...contact your service provider
