Ever since I got my replacement 8100 everytime I reset my phone all of the service books that I previously deleted reappear. I also noticed that my settings don't save such as my font settings. Can someone help me fix this problem?

I don't know. Its from tmobile. When I called to get the replacement phone I asked them if it would be new or refurbished but the customer service rep couldn't tell me, he said that it'd be a 50/50 chance that it could be either.

What service books are you deleting? Please be as specific as possible.

I'm with alltel and I deleted some service books from them but when I upgraded to 4.5 I had to re register and all those service books came back. Its probably your service provider that's sending them to you everytime you reset. As for your settings resetting might be a bug in the OS installed on your phone. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Here is a list of the ones I'm deleting that keep coming back (I figured I didn't need these service books):

    BC Internet Browsing Service new

T-Mobile USA IM Client Application Download

    BC_Virtual_Preload_Facebook

    BBFS2

    Virtual Preload Handango

    BBFS1

    BBFS2

And here are the other service books that I have excluding my email service books:

    T-Mobile USA WAP2.0 transport

    E-mail set up

    IPPP for BIBS

    MMS Config 2.0

    Provisioning

    Blackberry Internet Browsing Service

    T-Mobile USA WAP BrowserConfig

    T-Mobile USA WAP Transport

    MMS Config

    Wap Push Config

Yes, all of those are compliments of your carrier and are likely to return each time you register or resend your service books.

You may want to try to delete the underlying application. For example,
Perform a clean uninstall of Google Talk for BlackBerry smartphones
Should help you get rid of 2 of the ones you mentioned, but I still think that the next time you send your service books they will return.

This is definitely a feature of the provider, and theres nothing you can do about it. Im not sure why you didnt get them with your other phone, but you WILL be getting them everytime with your current phone, as this is considered normal.
