    Service Books

Ok so here's the deal. I got a blackberry pearl for my girlfriend yesterday and the people at t-mobile tell us that it can take up to 48 hours to get the blackberry add on active. Doesn't that just mean that it could take up to 48 hours for them to send her phone the service books? If so, is there any way that I can get the correct service books from my pearl over to hers to "push" the BB add on myself?

If its been more than 3 hours and she still got no browser showing up go to options/advanced options/route hosting table/ highligt the one that's bold/menu/register now. If that doesn't bring it back wait a few more hours if nothing happens do a master reset and that should push it.

    It worked for me.

Ye you have to wait a while. A few hours maybe.

How's it going here StatikBB? It shouldn't take long. I did the data plan add-on online and it took less than half an hour for it to kick in. It really shouldn't take 48 hours unless someone went on vacation. hehe

    Re: Service Books

The 48 hrs for the data feature to provision is just to prevent any unnecesary call backs from customers in reality it should only take about two hours. It is dependent on network congestion.
