What plan do you have set up with your carrier? Did you get a data plan or do you have voice only?
If you could please fill out your profile info so we can better help you with your carrier and device info.

Thumbs up Re: sending an MMS

Yeah what LavaGirl has to say is probably what you should do cause she like runs this place lol!!
Ihad a cingular fun unlocked so i could use t-mobile on it and I had the same problem. Call your service provider and they can fix it in as little as two hours

Then you may want to log on to your BIS and resend your service books, also re-register your HRT (Host Routing Table) on your BB go to Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>hit Menu>Register Now.
If on ATT make sure you have the Provisioning Service book.

    Re: sending an MMS

OK you're on ATT. Go here: https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular
register and here you can easily resend your service books.
Next on your BB do what I indicated in post #5 to register your HRT.
Then do a battery pull. Take battery completely out of BB for 30 seconds
put back in and let device boot back up.
Try and see if you have the option to send an mms. If not, give ATT a call and see if
they can test this for you. They need to make sure you have provisioning on your account.
Sometimes it gets removed for some reason, or they need to reset something on their end.
It's good to know how to do these things yourself if you can, that's what the Stacks are for
sure beats being on the phone for hours with a rep that may/may not know what they are doing.

    Re: sending an MMS

hot_h20 for your profile its real easy: Go to Edit Profile>
    Under Focus - put BIS
Under Device - type in 8100
Under PIN - this is up to you you can leave that blank or show if you want
Under OS - On BB go to Options>About to find your OS version
Under Platform - Same as Above to find your platform
Under BES - It would be NO in your case

Hope this helps in getting your profile filled out. This will help us help you better too
