    hey, how would i go about returning a bb for another one?
    1. Would I need to go with UPS?
    2. Or can i just drop it off in a mail box?
    3.How would I get the fastest results?
    4.Would I need stamps? how many?
    5.Do I sound really stupid asking these questions?
    (I can succesfully resolve that question with your answers)

    I'm assuming you've already contacted your carrier regarding the exchange? Have you received your new one yet? I wouldn't send the current one back until you have the replacement and you're sure its working properly.

    As far as UPS vs. USPS, thats purely a cost issue, IMO. Both offer signature required for delivery, which I think you would want for returning a device.

    Costs for each service you should contact them directly to determine. Costs vary by weight, size of package, and in the case of UPS, the distance the package is traveling.

    Then you should be getting instructions from your carrier. If you're upgrading, they don't take your old phone. If its a warranty replacement, yes they will make you send the defective unit back.

    Your carrier should have provided you with return instructions and a return slip... In Canada Rogers deals with UPS and everything is provided with the replacement device.
