    Replacement Pearl Today..

Hey, I finally went in to the store and got my replacement phone today, because my earpiece went out. I got home and restored all my stuff, but i'm still missing my browser?? I did another app loader. Anything else I am missing? I did it all in like 10 mins, because I was running late to work...

    Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Nick,

Make sure you go online and enter the new device PIN and IMEI under Change Device on your BIS web page.

I don't know about AT&T but when I exchanged mine at Verizon they did it in the store and even let me bring in my laptop to swap devices and wipe the old handset. What service!

LOL! Yeah, I called the warranty dpt. and they told me we had a store here in San Antonio. Dude, seriously, if they hadn't of told me, I would of NEVER found it. It was like in some crappy shopping center, no sign or anything, hidden behind a big @$$ tree and a store. So, now I know where to go.

Oh yeah, also. It wasn't even an AT&T store. It was an AT&T "device support center" and it looks like they hired contractors to repair their phones.

I have been with them ever since they were "Southwestern Bell Mobile" and they used to have tech support at the stores, even when they switched to Cingular, but that soon chaged after switching to Cingular. I think it's just so much more convenient, especially with warranty work, because it took me 5 mins to swap the phone.
