    im currently using BB pearl.. and i downloaded ramble im and installed it to my phone. it was working fine till today.. im getting the invalid connection string: open tunnel failure". and my tcp is set at wap.voicestream.com ... still not working.. can someone help me out?

    yeah sorry I can't help answer the question either but I agree it's best to dump the current app and grab jivetalk. It's raved about on these boards!

    I got the same error message but I wasn't ever able to use it. I don't want to have to pay for AOL instant messaging so that is why I was using Ramble. Anyone know how to resolve this?

    I think you're confusing JiveTalk with OZ, the built in messenger. JiveTalk uses data and as nrwilk says is free. get info on how to contact the jive team at www.beejive.com

    it is still in beta so you have to request via email to be sent a copy. I think you will find it's one of the best, if not the best mobile messenger you have ever used.
