OTA = "Over The Air" = It is when a piece of software or add-on is intended to be installed on the unit through the cellular network not by connecting it to a computer.

As for protection, I personally use a Lambskin Leather case made by Sydney Harbor for my 8700 and will be getting one for my 8320 when I upgrade next week.

Amigotech has a good idea about the case. I take mine a step further and have it in not only a lambskin carrying case, but also the Seidio hard rubber case-very nice. You'll just have to look and decide.

I have a the magnetic leather holster. Very convenient to open and close. From what I've heard (only had my BB for about 2 months) it's good to get some sort of case to hold your BB, otherwise your trackball will get messed up from pocket lint.

Haha just envisioning someone with duct tape on their screen... There's gotta be a blonde joke un there somewhere. I have an OEM silicone skin that's really thin but protects the plastic, paint, corners, etc. Then I still keep it inside a leather case to keep stuff out of the keys and pearl while it is in my pocket or bag.

That's the first time I've heard that one....

    I recommend a BSE:

I combine mine with a Seidio crystal case
or any of their other cases are great as well.

Oh, I thought I had the "Hollywood Silver Screen" edition of the BB Pearl. No wonder I can't see anything else on my screen.

Look into invisishield. Works great and is cheap.
