    Protective case help?

    Hi all,
I have a 8130 and was wondering if anybody had any suggestions for Hard snap on cases? I've seen the posts/reviews for a few cases here on pinstack but a major question I have is how hard is it to REMOVE the case once it's on? I bought one off of ebay recently and I can honestly tell you that it's a pain to take the case off when I need to do a battery pull - to the point where I have put a few scratches on my precious phone!

    Any recommendations?
    Thanks!

    Try Seidio:

and no they aren't that hard to take off if you need to do a battery pull.
However I highly recommend Soft Reset as said above and you can get that here:

Yeah the SoftReset app is kool...it can be used for installing themes, so instead of doing a battery pull (as needed to install themes), the SoftReset does the job!!

What is a easy way to take it apart? I didn't want to try the knife trick. Is there a spot to push on?

Thanks for the Softreset suggestion! Had no idea it was out there!
Also, same question as pauldv - is there a spot to push on to remove the cases?

I usually start at the top near the mute key with my finger nails on my Seidio hard case and it quickly unsnaps. It can at times be a pain though.

I have the Seidio case and it is nice. getting it open, you feel like you may break the case, but it never breaks.
It took me a little while to get used to the case because its a bit thicker than the rubber case I had previously. So i had to get used to typing. Other than that it is great.

i also purchased a new back for my pearl that had slits for the speaker, and bought the seidio hard case that included a space for the speaker. Speaker phone is much louder, as well as ring tones.
