    Problem with Web browser

    Hi everyone,

    I have been having some problems with my browser and I would like to know if this is normal.

    If I open up my browser and manually browse to a page I have no problem. If I go into my menu and Select Yahoo Messenger, Google Talk or Email Configuration it ALWAYS bring me to the last page that I manually browsed to. Therefor I can never get to any of the pages using the icons from my Menu...

    Any info would be greatly appreciated,

    LouisC, Welcome to PinStack.

    I have never heard of this problem, but let's try the old stand-by. Try a Cold Reboot (Battery Out, wait 15-30 sec, Battery Back in). It might help, but not sure. Let us know how this works.

    Thanks Rcbjr... I tried your suggestion but did not work. My first selection (Email Config) brought me to the proper page. Now when I try to select Google Chat, it keeps bringing me back to the Email Config login screen.

    I have tried different things but i cant seem to get this working.

    I'm at a loss, You might try to delete your Internet Browser Service Book, (Options/Advanced Options/Service Books) then log in to your BIS account and resend it. Just might be a corrupt service book.

    Thanks Rcbjr! That did the trick, it seemed that I needed to delete and reinstall the Service Books.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i'm having a problem w/service books as well. Sometimes attachments won't open and if I try to reply to some e-mail, I don't have a send option. How do I send myself the SB? So far I've had IT people to do it.
