I don't post much i'm a reader. I have a blackberry pearl 8100 keeps going in a reboot cycle. I've been reading other posts for a couple of days. All the other posts solve their problem by either getting a new one or removing their media card. I dont have a media card, I tried JL_cmder, I tried what to do if it doesnt connect and I do not have any warranty. Sometimes the phone comes up with a JVM error 547 but I havent seen it for a while. Of course I have done battery pulls. Constantly. Any help would be appreciated.

I would suggest you reinstall your device operating system. You may want to review this thread first on how to do that when your device is not recognized.....http://blackberryforums.pinstack.com...onnected-5178/

I tried to reinstall the OS but the phone reboots itself too frequently for it to stay connected. Reinstalling the OS gets rid of the error 547 but then it just goes back to reboot cycle. When it says waiting for initialize it fails and then it says waiting to reconnect. Fails. Maybe I'm inserting the battery in at the wrong time?? When exactly do I put it back in? I put it in after it says loading ... I've tried with/without battery.
