    hello all,

    hey i am from Marysville Tulalip Washington. i work as a Intern as a Graphic Designer for the tulalip tribes. i got referred to this site by a google search for my blackberry. it reads the

    App Error 523
    Reset

    it has been reading this for a couple days and i have yet to find a solution for this so if anyone knows a solution could you please let me know what i could do to fix my problem as to i need my blackberry for my job etc...

    Please Help Me!

    my 8100 says it has a app error 523 and it says to reset but i press the reset thing and it reboots and says the same thing over and over. im not sure what the problem is or what my solution could be...i am new to the site so i am not sure how to get information so if you could point me to the place i need to be that would be awesome.

    Hi BaLackPearl,

    Pull the battery out and see if the phone will re-start without that error?

    ok this is what happen my pearl went dead and then this message has been on my screen ever since and i dont konw how to get it off i cant get to my main menu what so ever. it re boots and then goes to the same error

    Maybe try a master reset. Make sure you back up your data before doing so.

    ok i did a hard reset and then its still doing the same thing. i took my sim card and my memory card out and its still does the same thing. im not to sure what this could be...

    did you follow the directions in either link that hayden sent you?
    when you said you did a hard reset, what exactly did you do?
