    please help!! i don't know what to do

    alright well i tried putting some new themes on a pearl using the DM. when it was done, the themes were there but all my music on my 2 gig memory card wouldn't play. It just says it cannot display the file. I already tried removing the themes. Can anyone help or has anyone had the same problem before?

    Have you tried just doing a batt. pull?

    If not, you may have a crappy version of DM. Go to the blackberry.com site and download the newest one.

    ya i tried that severall times. Also like the help function doesn't work either now. it says error

    how would i do that? i mean is there another way besides doing the wipe on the phone itself because i tried that and it didn't work, and like i still had my pictures, music, everything still on there afterwards

    Killix, by any chance do you have a new Pearl, from AT&T?

    If so, you most likely have a bad DM program, and its corrupted your OS. You'll need to download the new DM that Reddog was talking about, plus upgrade your OS. You can either stick with the most recent version from AT&T, (.96) or take the plunge and move to the most recent available. (.101)

    Unfortunately, the Pearls AT&T have been selling since March/April have a bad DM application being shipped with them. Its a known issue to AT&T, but the Techs and CSRs in the stores don't always know about it.

    I've been through it with mine, so trust me when I say its an easy fix.
