Pearl with no sound
I have had Verizon replace 4 phones in the past 40 days. The sound keeps going and requires a battery pull to correct it. I usually have to do this about 1 -3 times a day. Whats the deal??????
They state that it is a known problem. Appears to be something to do with their network. Hate to say it but have not heard of anyone from another carrier having the same problem. Have a friend that has a Curve and he has started to have the same problem. I am on my 3rd Pearl from VZW and if I send it in again I have managed to get an upgrade to a Curve "to keep me" as a customer. You can DL the soft reset program and it is easier than doing a complete battery pull.
