    Pearl Will not Charge

My pearls battery died and I went to put it on the charger. The red led flashes and then a battery with a cross through it appears on the screen. What should I do? I tried a battery pull and nothing.

It is possible the battery is toast. If you are seeing something appear on the screen when the charger is attached, it means that the charging system should be working.

Although, it is very possible that the charging system may be bad also.

Good to hear. I hate it when things like that happen. Similar thing happened to my old Axim, couldn't charge or connect to a PC, I had to throw the thing out (out of warranty).
