    Wow that's not bad.

wow. can you just buy one then if there is no upgrade fee, no rebate, no shipping? if so, can make a nice little profit on flipping it on ebay. especially if you unlock. unlocked refurbs are going for about $200 on there. hmmmm...

Yes, but you do still have to sign another contract.

    Re: Pearl Refurbs

HMMM...just got my refurb, and i paid 59! wonder if I can get them to honor their new deal. Or i'll just return mine, and get another at the $29 price!

Anywho, my phone is badged Cingular...i was kind of thinking they probably have a lot of new pearls that say Cingular, so technically ATT cannot sell them new. My phone seemed to have come in brand new packageing, but I don't know if they just treat all refurbs that good?

Maybe I should pick some of these up and make a profit...or some spare parts.

    Re: Pearl Refurbs

I was hoping to do the same thing, RD. I wanted to get one as a backup in case I dunk mine or something. No dice, gotta get yourself a whole new contract with it. But for a cool $269 you can get it straight up.
