It might have been on your Sim card, but as far as I know the backups only will restore it to another BB phone, not aware of a way to export the file to bring your phone book to a readable state. Sorry, hope this helps...

SIM card wouldn't be an option, since the 8130 is a CDMA phone. Is there an option to send your contacts to Outlook? Motorola phone tools will sync with Outlook. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Phone tools is the way to get your stuff into the razr but not sure if there are any tools to export a bb backup. Even if you got a vcard or csv file that wouldnt be bad. At least you could always brute force and enter them in manually if you could see the contents of your backup.

    This should do it.
use your latest back up file.
I just did a test with the trial, not sure if you'll need to purchase to transfer all.

go download the trial version of this.
ABC Amber Blackberry Converter. Google it. (I cant post links)

open your .ipd backup file with it.

select 'contacts' or whatever else you want to save.

look below the list of contacts that opened and select 'export file' and select the file type. (.csv is recommended)

hold 'ctrl' and click each contact. ( I couldn't find an easier way)

    click save as.

    good luck.
