    Outlook Calendar Doesn't Sync Correctly

    Hello,
I am new to the Blackberry, and have been attempting to sync the calendar with my outlook 2003 calendar via the USB intellisync.

When the sync completes all of my appointements are in there, however some of the appointments (the ones that were created by someone in Australia) appear a day ahead of their date in outlook. So the time is correct, just the date is one day earlier. These are recurring appointments, and I can't seem to tell why they are appearing a day early. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Welcome to PinStack s12dxer.

Could it be a problem with the international date line?

Re: Outlook Calendar Doesn't Sync Correctly

I was thinking it was an issue with the date line, however it shows up as the corrected time zone (Pacific) on both Outlook and the blackberry. So everything is correct, except the date (1 day earlier). I'm thinking it may have something to do with the days of the week setting, but I am not sure. Is there somewhere in the Blackberry that this can/should be changed? Thanks.

I suspect this is Outlooks doing - Outlook is pretty smart about the time zone an appointment is created in, are you sure that the AM / PM is correct? It should show up on your local time at the same ACTUAL time as the appointment occurs in AUS, so I would expect that the AUS apointments would sync to your BB like 12 hours off.
