    Re: Outlok Sync???

So can you elaborate what you're trying to do?

If you want to sync with outlook, you need the desktop manager installed also.
Then there should be a tab for Synchronization and you need to set it up before you start syncing.

If you exported your contacts via outlook, i'm not sure where it exports them to. Usually you can choose a destination.

Use Desktop Manager to Sync with Outlook. (or OE). Make sure that all your contacts are in Outlook then Sync the new phone and that should take care of it.

You can also try the Switch Device Application in Desktop Manager to transfer all of your data.

the desktop manager doesnt sync it just forwards your mail through blackberry service, it also creates extra load on your exchange server by putting another email for each one you get through your server. The BB is a pretty lame duck compared to a smartphone when it comes to exchange support. if you have imap on your server you can use something like logicmail otherwise just stick with opera and your webmail page
