    No Service Books?

    T-Mobile is having problems sending service books to my phone....edge should be in all CAPS but isn't....

    Anybody else have this problem? If so, what was the solution?

    I had that problem a few days ago with Cingular. Only thing you can do is either wait for it to be worked out, or drive around town and see if another tower is working properly. If it doesn't come back in say an hour I'd call up 611

    Did you try resending from myT-mobile?

    One time it worked for me, have you tried Status>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu>Register Now. Although it only seems to recognize you, maybe it helps with the sending???

    Do a battery pull that usually helps. If its lower case edge then you won't get the service books. It happened to me a couple of days ago. The battery pull should solve it.

    Both my husband and I had issues yesterday with our email, we weren't getting any emails and weren't able to send any out either. I was able to have tmobile resend our service books with no problem and email started again...I don't know why they would have issues sending it to your phone.

    You can also go onto mytmobile like someone else said and go to set up internet email then resend service books.

    Well, after about an hour and a half on the phone with T-Mobile, they couldn't get the phone to receive service books.

    Try #1: Removed battery

    Try #2: PUt my SIM card into another phone, SIM not the problem

    Try #3: Reload T-Mobile BB Software .64 version.

    Try #4: T-Mobile tech supports sits on hold with RIM in the UK for support.

    Solution?? Exchange phone for new. Edge was always in little letters.

    Hmmm.....oh well, that's one way to get a 6 month old phone exchanged for new!
