    No Message services configured?

    Hi,
I'm looking for some help trouble shooting a recent problem I've encountered. I just updated from .71 up to 1.66. I can receive e-mails from people but when I go to reply to them it gives me an error message that reads:

"No message services configured. YOu will only be able to Save Draft."

The only option is to hit ok.

I don't know what the deal is? I was able to send e-mails before the update so what am I missing?

I did delete and then resend the service books. The only one that I can't delete is the one that says Provisioning [PROVISIONING] Now it still gives me the same message and my browser won't work? Gives me a 404 error?

    Re: No Message services configured?

I did do a battery pull and when it booted back up it immediately tried to open the browser and gave me the HTTP 404: Not found error.

I then tried to send e-mail and got the same message saying No message services configured!

    Re: No Message services configured?

So it turns out that the browser and bb 411 and maps are all working correctly however it just gives me a 404 error the first time it tries to load up.

The e-mail issue is still not resolved. I read all of Hayden's post and it looks like the 2 resolution would be the one for me but the service book he tells you to erase isn't present. I only know how to resend service books from my phone by options-advanced- host routing table-register now.

    Could that be my problem?
I tried logging onto my t-mobile website but couldn't find the spot to send service books there.

    Man this is frustrating.

    Re: No Message services configured?

ya was a pain for me to find as well. have to sign in to my t-mobile, then go down "blackberry internet email" then down to 'my email' setup my email. then once signed in to your email you'll be able to send service book from there.

    Re: No Message services configured?

Alright found it on the T-Mobile website. Resent the books, did a battery pull and as it rebooted it tried to open the browser and said it had a 404 error. I just said ok. I then tried to compose an email and it WORKED!!!

The browser also works correctly now. So why the initial browser opening saying 404 error? That's weird.
