    No E-mail Alerts at all?

    I updated my software to Cingular/ATT 4.2.1.96 yesterday. All of a sudden, I get no e-mail message alerts under any profile no matter how I change the alert options. Vibrate, ring, Vibrate & ring...nothing. Holstered, unholstered, same result.

    Any ideas?

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~ I assume you're on BES. If so you need to plug your BB into your work machine for it to "reactivate" your enterprise service. If that's not it than login to your BIS account and "resend" your service books.

    That should do it.
