    So I received my new warranty phone. I used the dm to switch the phones. Everything seemed to work very well, but now I can't send or receive emails. I get the message "Transaction error - failure at service". Also now my empower is complaining that I need to register it. Thanks guys.

    You need to go to the TMO web page and under My T Mobile, Set Up Internet Email, enter the new device PIN and IMEI. Post back any questions....

    Thanks for the quick reply guys. I will need to wait to get to my pc to login to tmobile though.

    Since you have data you can try this....

    Go into the email set up application on your handheld and after you select set up a new email account under SETTINGS you should see Change Device and Service Books.
