    thanks red. i've read through it but it didnt really state what service books were, and what it does. its not a big deal but i was just curious.

    basically it allows you to connect to your Blackberry Internet Services (BIS)

    Just instructions on what the BB can and cannot do. If it can or cannot access certain things.
