Yeah really nothing different that i can see. Question though, does anyone have a 4 gig card in thier phone and running the new 1.103? I heard a rumor that it will not be supported in the new OS as it has in past 1.101 OS.

I am having a problem here, hope someone can help. I'm doing the upgrade and everything was going fine, but it has hung up at restoring device data messages for the last 30 minutes or so. It's not finishing the restoring. Any ideas?

It takes a long while. DO NOT UNPLUG THE DEVICE. If you do you can fry the phone.

To late, I already unplugged the phone. I am going to retry installing the software again and see what happens. Keep your fingers crossed!

Re: NEW OS!! T-Mobile 4.2.1.103 - Right Here!

I think I really screwed up on this one! I unplugged it before it was done with the install because I had to get to work. I got to work and tried running it again, but it says that there are no updates to install. My phone turns on and all of the screens look good, the only problem is, on the top right hand corner where the signal meter is, it says off. Any help would be GREATLY appreciate since I was an idiot! Thanks!

How do you delete the language files right off the bat? I only know how to do it when I install the OS and then go into Desktop Manager and go from there.

Is there a better or faster way?

Edit: When i plug it into my computer, the computer shows the correct amount of memory free. Anyone else?

From what I've heard this will be the OS that the new Pearl 2 will be working with .... Rummored to knock is off our feet possibly as soon as this time next month.... This new Pearl 2 will have an external micro SD slot.

Anyone who has the new OS care to explain what this feature is?

    1. Redesigned Application list that is displayed when you press the Menu key from the Home screen.
I have to reinstall my blackberry Desk program. Spent about three hours on the phone this morning with Blackberry support!

Just curious... does it give you a list as well as the icons?

When you push menu from the main screen, icons across the screen come up as opposed to the list that came up in the TMO 0.64 OS.

4gb card works according to other people who have updated to .103.
