    New Documents Folder

    In BlackBerry OS 4.5.0.55 Release 81 i find that there is a folder by name Documents and voice recorder but i cannot find these folders in media folder of the phone. Kindly advise.........

    Go to the media and hit the menu button then click explore.

    Options > Advance Options > Applications to remove the I'm or use DM. For the T-Zones, I don't think you. I'm not sure though.

    i am not able to remove im using DM.......its not listed in the list of components......i will try with the advanced options and see.......

    It is not available under Advanced options as well.......any suggestions.......

    If your talking about AIM then you should using DM. If it's just that IM folder then you should be able to delete just by highlighting it. Hit the menu button and delete.

    There is no Delete option for this Icon. Exact name of the application is " Download Instant Messaging". any advise.........

    there is a complicated way to remove im,

    you can search through forums and
    learn about
    JL_Cmder

    you can remove every components on bb,
    but if you remove some components, bb can stop working, or get some error.
    it's kind of risky,
    but I think removing im is fine,

    The IM that's being talked about is a service book pushed from the carrier. Removing it can be dne by going to options > advanced > service books and delete the appropriate book. HOWEVER it will eventually be resent. It doesn't take up much space at all, and your best bet is to hide it. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
