Smile Need a Flashlight-Look no further

Although this seems pretty simple and it is some people may find it very helpful,

if its too dark around, just go to your camcorder and then options then turn on the video light, although it uses up some juice. as soon as you open the camcorder every time you have an instant falshlight, can be useful in those dark areas,

it may sound self explanatory to some, but it might be the best thing since sliced bread to others

I just go to the recent call screen, its pretty bright, and comes in handy when youre trying to get your key in your door when you forgot to turn on the carport light. Theres a country/western song in there somewhere.

Yeah...since the very first night I went to 4.5 I have been using the video light as a flashlight. Yeah chokem, I used to use my message index or a blank memo as a flashlight...that ain't nothin' once you behold the awesome brightness of the solid LED that lights up for video. It's almost as bright as a real flashlight! It does use a lot of juice, so I toggle it on/off with the spacebar key.

    Was not aware of that.

Great tip. I was always a fan of BlinkBerry and the color customization you could do for the front LED. For sheer brightness, the Video Camera Light takes the cake over the front LED.

Thanks...I owe it all to the great free, StinsonDDog BlackBerry tips...he has them for many models of BlackBerrys.

also the manual that came on the BlackBerry's software CD is over 200 pages long. I have been through a lot of it.
