Question My blackberry PEARL IS BEING RETARDED!

I bought my Pearl on Saturday and I had a little problem using it.
The loading time will take forever so i have to wait about 5 min and it would freeze all the time. I was fine with this until the battery problem.
I also charged it yesterday night and then the battery died in 6hrs.
Before it died i tried calling someone and it said it was low battery to use a radio. I m charging it now and it still says battery low to use radio.
I was not able to call anyone for awhile now.
does this happen alot? or is it just my phone?

    Thanks for helping out

I think you should take it back for warranty replacement.

Kevin, was this a purchase direct from T-Mobile? If you're having both a boot up and battery issue, you may want to consider returning it for another one.

    Okay

Yes this was bought directly from T-Mobile store.
My phone is able to call now after charging for a hour.
Do other people have this problem also where their device just turns off their wireless off when the battery is low?
    and what is enterprise activation?
I m currently doing this on my phone and i was wondering what it is?
Do i have to do it?
    Thanks

Yes, the wirless turns off at I think either 3-5%.

Enterprise, you probably don't need if you're not using the device with a company account.

    Enterprise Activation

So i don't have to do this cause i just use it for web browsing and phone
    thats all i do
I don't even know how to use email yet.
Do you think I should return and get a new one?
also my screen light is on dark and you know how you press the button, it should go brighter but my screen doesn't do that until 1minute later.
    Is this suppose to happen?

i think that's the auto-dim feature you're talking about... if you have the old OS version .42 you can turn it off by going to Options->Screen/Keyboard--> Auto-Dim On/OFF. If you have a OS version later than .42 than there is no option for auto-dim. Hope this helped...

you can't go by what other people say with the battery... some people get 2 whole days (that use it occassionaly) then there are people like me that have to charge it daily (I never put the thing down). But a daily charge is better than what I used to have... the other thing that wears down the battery power is your location. if the phone has to constantly search for a signal it wears down faster
Hope this answered something for you

Kevin, if you do a lot of web browsing, you will eat up your battery very quickly. On days when I do a lot of browsing, I can chew through the battery in as little as a couple of hours.

    Thank You

I thank all of you guys for the answers.
I would just call in T-mobile store and tell them my phone is not working properly and do something.
Thank You again but I have 1 more Question.
If i buy a MicroSD, is there a limited size of the music i could put into the card or the size won't matter.
