    Mp3...Options for a continuous loop ?

    Advertisement

    I know I am stretching the limit here.....however I am wondering...

    After downloading a gazillion mp3's on my media card...which is so tiny..cannnot believe I payed 69 bucks for it...anyway....

    Was curious if possible is there is an option/setting which is available which have the music consistently played versus having to click next for every music selection ??

    I take a commuter bus.....the treck is 2 to 3 hrs daily......I cannot get my nappy nap on when I have to wake up and click "next" to hear the selection...

    Any ideas ??

    Yup, when you go to play your music, instead of selecting to play one song, there's a menu option to play all the music in a specific folder. Here are some walkthrough instructions:

    * Open the Media Player
    * Select Music
    * Select Media Card
    * Go to the folder which you want to play
    * Press the Menu button
    * Select Play Folder

    Once you're in "Play Folder" mode, you can also enable a Shuffle mode through the menu.

    Be sure to hit both shuffle and repeat in play folder menu. If you don't I think it will just play one MP3.

    Not needed, just need to hit shuffle and it's all good. It might stop once you have played every song, but I doubt anyone will have to worry about that much.
    My music is so loud, i'm swinging.

    quick questions:
    1) can I play several folders??? I've organised my music as on my PC and so far I just can play one folder at a time... would like to shuffle between all the mp3s on the 1GB card...

    2) What is the difference between play all and play folder? both plays all files of the folder you're in....

    thanks a lot,
    al

    "Play Folder" plays all the tracks in the current folder. "Play All" plays all tracks in the current folder and all subfolders. Unfortunately, the play options are not available at any particular folder level unless there is at least one mp3 (or equivalent) present. You can produce a small mp3 with a second or two of silence and store it in each folder which contains multiple subfolders and you can make all of them play with "Play All". Store it in the root of the media card and you can play a gig's worth of music (shuffled if you like) with one click.

    Hello,
    That option work, but doesn't play the whole MP3 folder continously like i want. Its would play a couple of songs and then stop, which really suck because i take the bus to work and take a nappy nap along the way. I hate to have to wake up and play the next song every once a awhile. Does anyone have this problem playing all MP3 in a folder in shuffle mode?

    Thanks
